"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit."
Aristotle
So what is it that we repeatedly do? Is what we want, something that we practice daily, or something that we want, but never try to achieve.
A star quarterback practices everyday to be sure that he has the best chance to win the game on Sunday. Is that because he has created a habit to form excellence?
Do you want to have excellence in work? Well... Are you striving for it each day? Or are we putting it off each day to always take the easier road in life.
So if you are not striving for excellence, and only putting off what you know you need to do on a daily basis, what does that make you?
According to Aristotle, it makes us just that...
