Sunday, January 30, 2011 was a beautiful day in Austin, Texas! The temperature rose to 81 degrees and we couldn't have picked a better day to hold 11203 Andenwood Drive in Canyon Creek open. There were 12 different families that stopped by to view the home. A few neighbors excited to get out on a sunny clear day stopped by saying hello, but the majority of buyers came from our blog here on Active Rain, Realtor.com or AustinHomeSearch.com.
