Should Home Sale Prices be Kept Secret? - Most states do disclose prices one way or another, but some don't. Does nondisclosure help consumers? It certainly does benefit the real estate industry.

Home prices should be disclosed.  Why not?

Kathy,

I don't see how this would benefit anyone.  I think that the free flow of information benefits the industry rather than non-disclosure, whether it be DOM or sale prices.
