City of Newport Beach, CA to erect life sized statue of Ronald Reagan

  The City of Newport Beach, CA will soon be erecting a life sized statue sculpted by renowned artist Stan Watts to honor our 40th Presient, Ronald Reagan. From 1967 to 1975 he also served as Californias 33rd Governor. This is part of a celebration of his 100th birthday which will be on February 6, 2011. 

  Newport Beach is seeking private donations to acheive this great statue of a great man. For donantions over $1,000 donors will have their names permanetly engraved in bronze as a part of the memorial. Donantion over $5,000 will receive larger recognitions to be determined.  All donors will be invited to the unveiling ceremony to take place later this year.

That's great. I used to work for Big Bronze and we donated a life size sculpture of Ronald Reagan to the Navy. We delivered it to the U.S.S. Ronald Reagan carrier and installed it in the library on board. You can buy your own life size reqagan or Reagan bust sculpture at
