How could I ever get away? What if the buyer I have been working with wants to see the home of their dreams...... and of course, this home comes on the market just as soon as the plan takes off! And they are calling you that they HAVE to get into the house.
Should you go away? I am now speaking from recent experience....... The snow was piled "up to here" and we are feeling burnt out and gloomy at the reality of the market.
The opportunity came up and we took advantage and flew from piles of snow to paradise....... Just for 5 days in paradise, but never-the-less, it was just what the doctor ordered........ Just enough time for us to flee the frigid cold and get a new lease on life. Sunshine, warm weather, water and relaxation.
And now we return, rejuvenated and fresh and ready to start off the new year with a bang!!! So we are grateful for this opportunity to get a kick start and be primed and ready for the exploding spring market!!!
