New Construction Builders offer great dealsYes it's true....New Construction Builders are offering some great deals in Riverside, Ca.  Discerning buyers are able to take advantage of some great promotions currently being offered. Due to a surplus of move-in ready or quick move-in homes many builders have continued their year end promotions, and better yet in an effort to move that inventory, are offering early Spring deals.

The deals are packaged differently by each builder. Upgrade promotions, or the bells and whistles, will tempt the prospective buyer with granite counters and tumbled travertine tub/shower surrounds. Some are offering luxury kitchens including granite counters, stainless steel appliances and double-ovens along with the standard included features.  Window treatments (usually a forgotten expense) and backyard landscaping included in the price, promises Standard Pacific Homes. A Home of the Week includes a gourmet kitchen, surround sound pre-wire and over 3800 square feet in living space.

Special Financing promotions will appeal to the more analytical, frugal buyer. Pacific Communities toots a 0% interest rate, for six months, through their special financing program. Interest rate buydowns, Fixed rate conventional loans, and even the adjustable ARM is rearing its head. Tripointe homes is offering a buydown financing on homes with lots up to 18,000 square feet on their popular Plan Two. For the buyer seeking plenty of land and a 2900 square foot home priced from$369,000 -$375,000 that's a great deal. 

And guess what? By using the services of an experienced Realtor, who is familiar with builder strategies, you may negotiate a better deal, gaining even more. So yes....builders are offering Great Deals in Riverside.
