May you get qualified buyers and get a quick sale and fast closing. All the best.
Benjamin - Thank you for your well wishes! Actually we have a buyer who seen the video and has set up a showing!
Jimmy, what a great way for potential buyers to explore your listing at 108 Bridle Path in Niles MI! The video shows the flow of the home as well as the highlights. Well done ~ your sellers must be very pleased to have a REALTOR® that knows how to market their home!
Pamela - Yes the sellers LOVE the videos. We have gotten rave reviews for our videos around here. The one person who is doing them completely outsources all the work, and pays quite a bit for them, and they are not great quality. It has already drawn buyers attentions and a new listing :-)
This is great Jimmy. I would love to collaborate with you so I can improve my videos. I've paid someone to make one as nice as this. But would love to learn how to do it myself. All of the videos I am making myself I am using the Flip. So there is no image stabilization other than when I import it into iMovie and there is a function on that to make it a little more stable. But you seem to have it very smooth and even wide angle lens. Please do share your tips with us Vloggers! :) If I remember right from a past blog you posted, you are now doing this yourself, right? You purchased the equipment. Let me know if my memory serves me correctly. Thanks Jimmy!
Nyssa - Great memory! Yes we are doing it all our selves. Toss me an e-mail and I will talk to you about it there. Not quite ready for the public to know yet ;)
Once we get a better foot hold in our market place then we can let other try and catch us.
