These curved archways are really interesting Susie.  The one between the dinning room and living room mimic the one over the fireplace.  Fasinating style!  I think you would just love touring this home!

Well My Texas gals, I knew you would love that!  ;-)  Tammy is good at beating people to the punch.  You are so right the family that moves in will be a very lucky family!  It is such a perfectly located and charming home.  Joni it really is isn't it?  This area has many houses of this era.  This one is one of my favorites.  Yeah, Kristin and I do make a great team.  I hope we get a chance to work together many times over in the future!

It's all good Kristin!  The cold we have had fully secured that sign.  I'll be sending you more soon (if the house isn't sold already)! 

I do have to let you know there is NO WAY I am working Sunday!  GO PACK!!!  And,.. as you are fully aware of,.. Any Monday following the Packers in the Superbowl is declared a legal holiday in Wisconsin!  :-)
