Happy Groundhog Day to you too!  These are paradoxical days where the smart thing to do is frequently the exact opposite of "the way it was always done".  Putting your home on the market now instead of waiting until spring is a case in point.  

Here in New Hampshire there's lots of buyer activity and less competition making it a great time to sell.  I'm sure you're finding the same thing in New Jersey!
