Hi everyone Bob Says Hi and Lisa says Hi! Lisa Sold

Welcome

snowday

Can it be?  February 2011 is here already?

Our updated Real Estate Newsletter for February 2011 has arrived as well!

The Northeast and, for that matter, most of the country is experiencing a tough winter this year. It has not stopped the real estate market from moving forward though.

We have many buyers who are coming out and viewing homes, every week even through the weather hasn't been great.

As long as we can get into the houses, we are there to show them.

Maybe it's cabin fever or the lower prices along with great mortgage rates that still prevail bringing them out.

It seems as though our internet presence is bringing out many homebuyers and they are connecting with us via the internet.

Isn't technology {and Active Rain}  grand?

They are realizing what an opportune time this is to buy the home of their dreams.

The Spring Market has begun here even though we are "boondoggled" by all these snowstorms lately.

Now it's on to the Spring Market in what seems to be a re-awaking for Home Buyers.

House Hand

The customers who are coming out to look at homes seem to be more realistic in what they were looking at.

Thankfully....

The Pascack Valley NJ areas are now getting ready for the upcoming Spring Market even though the snow hasn't melted yet.

Soon this will all be gone and melted as well.

Business is great and we are excited at the possibilities available for first time home buyers as well as sellers looking to move up.

Historically, interest rates are still at an all time low and have even gone lower since last month.

How long will this last?

No one knows of course, so First Time Home buyers have a wonderful opportunity right now to get a terrific rate on a mortgage.

Either moving up or buying for the first time, now is a great time to make the move up to home ownership.

This Newsletter is full of interesting and useful information that we think you will enjoy whether you are a buyer, seller, homeowner, or renter.

This month's issue includes topics such as:

"What's Driving Buyers To Buy Homes?";

"How Much Home Can I Afford?";

"Foreclosure Myths Debunked";

"Making Your Home Picture Perfect ";

"Homeownership Still Good Long Term Decision, Survey Reveals";

  Plus a roundup of January real estate activity as well as much more advice and information.

Well, Bob, down there in the Tropics I can understand that, but up here in the Tundra of CT it's a bit tighter and tough to get around. We need a few warm days just to see the blacktop again.
