It's Great to live in Orlando here's why....

Today I worked with a couple from Canada, well I guess it depends what day you ask them, they have properties and live all over the world. I would have liked to have spent more time with them today. They are a great couple and very interesting. The wonderful thing about working with out of state buyers and even out of country buyers is telling them all the wonderful things there are to do here in Orlando. Most things that I forget myself we have.

One of the great things here in Orlando is our pleathera of restaurants. I read some where sometime ago that if you ate in all of our restaurants a different one for every meal it would take you roughly 3 years to try every single one. Dont forget about the dinner shows, you can choose from comedy, dancing/singing, adventure and mystery.

We also have the numerous disney theme parks, universal studios and islands of adventure, with Halloween Horror Nights starting next week. Yippy one of my favorite things.

There is also the Orlando Art Museum, the Science center, Titanic Experience, Wonder Works, many small performing arts venues, Improv comedy club, numerous bars and club, shall I go on. Enjoy a football game in the all new UCF stadium or watch the magic play or even catch a concert.

We have hundreds of miles of biking/jogging trails, state parks, area's to canoe and swim in the springs. Take in wildlife sight seeing such as black bears, alligators, deer, manatees, eagles and hawks. Oh wait I forgot our beloved armadillos too. Or if you prefer your animals behind glass, there is the Central Florida zoo, gatorland, animal kingdom, sea world and discovery cove.

Numerous hotels and outlandish pools and water slides.

I almost forgot the revitatlized Church street station will be open again within the year, Kuhn is bringing it back to it's hay day. The all new farmers market is a sure treat. Grab some locally grown produce, sample local cuisine, pick out a tropical plant or two or simply enjoy Lake Eola with a cool beer from the beer garden.

A mall around every corner, my personal favorite the Millenia Mall. Im sure I am forgetting half the things there are to do right here in Central Florida. For a short drive you can watch a space launch up close and personal enjoy our miles of pristine beaches and waters.

Our summers maybe a tad warm but 9 months out of the year this place is true paradise.

Thank you to my buyers who helped me rediscover whats in my own back yard.

Wow, this sounds like a TV commercial. Orlando does offer a lot, but dependingon where you are in your life, it may be too much!?.

I also forgot to mention air boating, but for our older residents the fact that the weather is goregous in the winter time is a huge benefit. Oh and we only have a hundred different golf courses to choose from too. May lakes to fish and boat in, in addition to just sitting there relaxing. I do realize I forgot to spell check my blog so I apologize.
