Upward Soccer in Warner Robins GA is gearing up for an April start to their season by having a pre-season soccer camp at Central Baptist Church on Feb 17-19 for kids in grades 1st - 6th.

The camp is 9am-4pm on both Thursday-Friday and 9am-12pm on Saturday. If interested, contact the Director of Recreation, Bill Linduff at (478) 953-9319.

Upward Sports was started in 1995 and is a Christian sports program that teaches kids respect and teamwork. Equal playing time and positive recognition are hallmarks of the program that has representation in 46 states and over 70 countries around the world.

Upward Sports currently has programs in basketball, cheerleading, flag football, and soccer. Field hockey is also available in Canada.

Good Morning Anita, Having a really hard time for 2 days trying to comment. We can't read our posts. Everytime we try...we get "proxy error" or blogsview no longer exists. So don't know if you're getting this, but we are on the site and trying to get our messages through...

BTW..We love watching Soccer games and we have indoor fields during the winter months. The game is harder to play with smaller nets, but it's fun to watch!

BLiz...The season won't start until April but the weather should be pretty good for the 3-day workshop later this month.

Ginny...I can't imagine your winters! Is it spring yet? HA

Dorie...Absolutely. Nothing wrong with wanting to win but teaching respect and teamwork are far better life principles (IMO).
