Chattels and Fixtures ~ End of Series (thanks)

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation to all my friends here at Active Rain who participated in my Chattel-Fixture Series.

We started out with over 42 tough problem situations before we looked at any of the law.

Over a further series of about 25 posts I started with the history and the basics and went through some of the more complicated situations. At the end, I hope I have provided a little guidance for some who were not familiar with this area.

The result of having written 67 posts on one topic is that I now have another Continuing Education 3 hour credit course ready to go. All I need is the PowerPoint.

Likely, I will offer it on three occasions through local real estate boards. That means the attendees will be awarded credit directly by the boards.

I will then make whatever changes may seem to be required and submit it to RECO for approval. At that point, I will be in a position to offer the program directly.

Brian, I enjoyed the entire series. Not only was the information pertinent and helpful, you put it in a logical sequence that made a lot of sense.  Thanks very much.  This is one RECO course that I'll be signing up for.

Any greater detail is probably beyond the scope of what a real estate agent reasonably ever needs to know.

Hopefully, we'll get to meet. I do have seminars being planned in the east.
