And you know what happens with sales? They have expirations! That's right! Even though my market in Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, Port Orange and Palm Coast areas have taken quite a hit over the last couple of years, this sale won't last forever.
I just listed a beach side bungalow (2 bedroom/2 bathroom with a little under 1000 square feet) for $64,500 and it went under contract in less than 24 hours, cash. Since when can you buy a beach side home for the price of a luxury car?
These deals are still out there.....they are in condo-world, in single family-ville, and in land-oasis....but if you are a BUYER and you WAIT....guess what? One day soon you will look back with the coulda, shoulda, woulda's of the world and regret that you did not take advantage of this unbelievable BUYERS MARKET
Folks, I know we have all seen the down's of the last few years. It's been real tough. But when is NOW the time to put it aside and begin moving forward....or at least south towards Florida? LOL
It's February 3, 2011 and it will be 78 degrees here in Ormond Beach today. I'm hearing horror stories of cold weather just in Atlanta! Not to mention the true North!
