In an attempt to assist my clients with information on what the state of the current real estate market it in my area; I started a project to create a video series on Battle Creek Area Real Estate market reports.
Yesterday, I found myself with some unexpected time on my hands due to a snowstorm that came through Michigan, that I created the first chapter in my series.
This one was kind of informal, and does not go into too much detail on specific aspects of the real estate market, but I intend for future ones to be more subject specific.
Additionally, it came out longer than I originally planned, so the running time is just less than 10 minutes. However, it was my first attempt at creating on a concept that a learned about in one of the many social media classes I took last year.
It has been my marketing plan to expand my reach into as many areas of social media as possible, and YouTube is on my agenda for 2011. This video covers a brief outline of what sellers are faced with, a summary of short sal
es, and some insight for first time home buyers into the exciting programs that area available right now with FHA and USDA Rural Development loans.
I did not follow a script on this one, as it was more of an experiment, and I wanted to just keep it much like a natural conversation I was having with someone. I do not know if it will be one of my hottest videos, but it is my first chapter in a series of many that I intend to create.
Probably in the future I will limit it to less than three minutes a segment, and offer a shorter running time. Nonetheless, this is my first Battle Creek Area Rea Estate Market Report in my video series.
