Dominick: My first reaction after seeing the pics is "it can't possibly be only $138K!" Wow! Nice looking home and fantastic price. Can't imagine you will have it long. Texas Hill Country is amazing too. You'll have a lucky new homeowner ...
Gene
Thanks Gene. It is nice.
By the way, my cousin from Elmhurst sent pictures of the snow they got. Reminded me of the storm of 1967. Today when I woke up it was 10 degrees and never went over 24 degrees at home. That is cold for South Texas. Hope ya'll are doing ok in the deep freeze this year.
Take care.
Dominick
Dominick: I stayed home and worked on Wednesday, but by Thursday the roads out in Lockport and the LWHS area were clear and in great shape. Very cold here too, but to be somewhat expected for the time of year. Hope you still had a winter coat to deal with that weather down your way though! If you're getting sentimental about the weather up here in Illinois ... I can send you some now via UPS??? Stay warm, my friend ...
Gene
Ha ha Gene....very funny.
Glad you are used to the cold weather. I used to be.
The snow outside this morning made me remember Mokena and my youth....and why I prefer to be retired in South Texas.
Have a great day!
