Dear Ms Emo:
What do you know about 123 Any St, in Gananoque? I've been looking online at properties in both Kingston and in Gananoque and I need to find an Agent who is comfortable in both markets. Can you help me?
Signed,
A Foot in Two Towns

Dear Foot;
What a great question to ask your future Realtor! It just so happens, I was born and r
aised in Kingston and know the market extremely well. I have owned property in both communties and currently reside in Gananoque. I am quite knowledgeable in the market stats of both Kingston and Gananoque and have many clients in the Military, Royal Military College, Queen's University, St Lawrence College, the many hospitals including KGH and Hotel Dieu as well as the prison service and private business owners.
I have found that many of my clients work in Kingston, but love to live in Gananoque, a mere 20 minutes down the road. They appreciate the small town atmosphere and the safety element. They've also found the taxes to be so much lower than in Kingston.
You expressed an interest in 123 Any St, in Gananoque and I would be happy to discuss the market history of this property as well as any information I can share with you as a neighbour too.
The beauty of being a Sales Representative with RE/MAX Riverview Realty Ltd here in Gananoque is that we can confidently work with our Buyers and Sellers in Kingston as well as those in Gananoque and the entire 1000 Islands region,
I look forward to helping you find your perfect place in either Kingston or Gananoque.
Respectfully,

Susan, I really like the way your formatted your post. It is a great way to demonstrate your knowledge in both towns.
Samantha - thanks so much . . . I am really struggling to get both towns in my SEO. You made my night!
Dear Susan,
I just wanted to say that I'm impressed with the knowledge you have about your area and would DEFINITELY choose you if I was in Gananoque or Kingston!!!
Will you be posting any pictures of your area? I'd love to see the different housing styles?
Yours truly,
A desert dweller
Hi Desert Dweller - Juli, you are so sweet - Thank you! When Active Rain gets the problems sorted that we've been experiencing all day, the pics will go up for sure. We are primarily made up of gorgeous old Victorians and brick century homes. Stay tuned!
Dear Ms Realtor, You are always so cleaver with words, friendly and professional as well. Can you be my friend?
Hi Susan - I was curious where Any Street was located so I went to Google Maps. The only "Any Street" I could find in North America is located in Ploughkeepsie, New York, 12603 which is about a 5 1/2 hour drive from Gananonque. I would have thought that "Any Street" would be a more popular name since it is often used as a "placeholder" as you did in your post.
Hi Ellen - we must be twins because that's how I feel about you too! Friends we are my friend :)
Marc - how fun! And surprising as I too, would have thought it a more popular name! What would we do without Google?
Love your answer! I get those questions all the time. I'll have to format an answer similar to that.
Linda - it is tough when we service more than one area or neighbourhood. Good luck with your marketing of multi areas.
