I had the opportunity to speak with Hunt Williams, project manager and Grandson of Theodore (Ted) Kessler Sterling (1901-2001) In 1951 Ted discovered the Castaic Hills Oil field. Presntly his family is planning a project of 254 residential units at Green Valley Ranch and the industrial units, Sterling Gateway.

Hunt Williams had great enthusiasm about the legacy his grandfather left and his devotion to not only the family but also the community of Castaic.
