IHA requires the following:

Current engineers certification verifying the foundation meets HUD standards
Copy of the fully-executed, recorded Intent to Declare Manufactured Housing as Real Property form
Property must be a double-wide, constructed post June 15, 1976 on a concrete foundation moved from the factory to the present location and taxes as real estate.

You guys have snow in Idaho?

I assume this is a State Program, Iwish other states would follow suite. It is impossable to get a Manufactured home financed in Michigan.

Thomas, We had quite a bit of unusual snow fall in November. Two feet fell in 2 days. December had a bit. Not so much since then. An inch will fall and then melt away just a quickly. Strange year!

You might want to check with your local lenders. I believe you have this there also. Just be aware the MFG home has to be on a PERMANENT foundation and have been moved to the current site from the Manufacturer.
