Wow, woke up this morning to a blanket of the powdery stuff and 22 degrees! I was scheduled to meet with a seller in my community at 9am to go over the listing paperwork and get her husband signed as she was going to be off today. Her husband is in Singapore and needs me to get papers to him to sign electronically so I'm using Docusign (what would I do without it). So in all kinds of weather we keep it together! I put my boots and parka on and walked to her house! It was fun snapping pictures along the way. She was not in the lease bit surprised to see me even though school was out!
Too bad this dusting of snow didn't come along in December when our Christmas trees were decorated and we were all dreaming of a white Christmas!
Stay off the roads...the crazies are out there and stay warm! The rest of the country have some pity on us even though you have been suffering for weeks and let us whine a bit. We are tender here..We're not used to being tough like you are!
