Fridays are great days to sell a Bristow home. And that's exactly how I spent this particular Friday...selling a Braemar townhouse to a very happy Buyer. No wonder he was happy. He got this Braemar townhouse in great shape at a very fair price. The home sold for $249,000. My Buyer even got most of his closing costs paid by the Seller. And the Seller had lovingly maintained the home, and wasn't in a Short Sale situation. A rare find in Bristow these days.
The home search started in October 2010 when the Buyer found me through a yard sign in Victory Lakes where I was listing a beautiful Short Sale. That particular townhouse was out of the price range for this Buyer, but it wasn't long before we found suitable properties in his price range. We found this particular home in early December. And the Seller was amenable to an early February closing. The two month wait was a bit trying on the Buyer. After all, once you find the home of your dreams, it can be difficult to wait to get into it.
The Buyer is excited to be moving to Braemar where his kids will be able to walk to nearby Clareybrook Park and one of the two Braemar pools.
Great location. Great price. Hardly any closing costs to pay out of pocket. What more could a Bristow Buyer want?
