I am certain that all of you in tough market's are starting to see some crazy offers coming through. Yesterday, one of our agents received a "Low Ball" offer, though it was more of a "No Ball" offer. The listing price was around $300,000 and the offer was closer to $140,000!
Our market is down about 24% on units, but pricing is holding steady in most price ranges. This property is just above our median price point, so it will sell very close to its last-year's value.
The reason for this post is for one reason (and one reason only), and that is to share the Seller's Counter Offer. It consisted only of this cover sheet (sorry the image quality is not very good, but I bet you can get the point).
