IT'S TIME TO RECEIVE YOUR FAX VIA EMAIL!

I use myFax, it's great because your fax goes to your email choice(s) inbox. So, if you have two emails or you want one sent to  your virtual assistant (as I do), you can. The great thing is the file is sent to you in .pdf format and no one has to download special software (like eFax use to do, not sure if that is the case now, but horrible when I had it).

LOVE LOVE myFax. I will send you a link.

LINK TO SIGN UP FOR myFax is here>>>  http://www.myfax.com/refer/ (if you fill this out, my name and email goes in the first three boxes and yours will be after.....)

/or CALL 1-866-378-2373 AND TELL THEM LAUREN SELINSKY REFERRED YOU... EMAIL HOMES@OCLAUREN.COM

Lauren I use and electronic fax also.  My 800 number is an efax number and it stores my faxes on my Vobre.com transaction management software.  That way I can get faxes on the go and store transation files online as well.  I will be switching from Vobre soon as they have not done a great job of keeping up wiht technology, but at 24.00 month, I haven't been able to beat it.

I use efax and I didn't have to download any softward & get my faxes emailed in PDF format.  That said, I am always looking for new & improved things so I may have to check it out!

Great tip Lauren.. I use Onesuite and they are pretty good... I do prefer to have faxes sent to my email.... Less resources are used.

Michelle~ it's only 10.00 a month. Such a great deal! And when clients sign disclosures it's so easy to fwd to other agent and/or escrow. ;)

oh Charita~ $15- bucks savings will save you here ;) and it's great when filing everything in electronic format ;)

Gabe~way to go! definitely! and my 800, I use eVoice and absolutely love it too because it goes to my cell and if I don't answer goes to voicemail that is emailed to me ;) love it! (i think i will blog this too ;)

Thanks Laura~ and I am not sure if there is anything less than $10- a month and you can access anytime... ;)

Bob "REALMAN",  when you go to the www.myFax.com/refer all you have to do is type in the first FILL IN BOX,  my name and last name and email: homes@oclauren.com and then the next box would be yourname and email... But if you fwd me your email I can do it myself ;) The thing about activeRain is when you input your email in your info it goes to AR email send format and you can never see their actually email. (I think I will blog on that tonight ;)

Thanks Christine, worth checking, but I know they lost many clients when people couldn't view in the past having to download their software and myFax had .pdf since the start of their company. Super user friendly too ;)

Stacey~ exactly and it's just working smarter in this day and age....

Hi Lauren - I agree with you.  I have been using myFax for about 3 years now and it's a real value at just $10.00 per month.

I'm going to give it a shot too. Faxing is just too unreliable, seems something goes wrong so often.

Tony~ fabulous! nothing bad here to say about it.... It's been good to me...

Tim~ Yes, it is great and helps get so much tedious work done all from your iPhone, blackberry or any smart phone when faxed to you.

Joetta~so true and what's great no one can say... "you must be out of paper because it won't go through". Your end is always ok.... No worries about running out of paper, or even worse phone rings and stops incoming fax... AGH! It's free for 30 days and you can choose 800 or your area code. Good Luck! don't forget me.... ;)

I've been using efax.com for years and it has always worked well.  I no longer have a fax machine or landline so it has saved me money.

Maureen~ did you use when they had the software download? No matter which one you use, it does save $. When you fax out docs> that need to be signed by clients, do  you then scan, download and then fax from your computer? Regardless of company, saves lot of time... No doubt! What does eFax charge these days?
