Don't miss the colors in your neighborhood

As we walk through our communities, it is very easy to look past the small things of beauty that we pass in our every day activities. Take a closer look and have your camera in hand to capture the colors of the season. You will be glad to find those special moments. When you are trying to demonstrate the quality of life in an area, share your pictures of the flowers.

I used my Canon PowerShot G11 camera for these photographs. The location is the Kentlands community in Gaithersburg, Maryland.  Life is very good in Montgomery County!

Belinda:  Thanks for sharing the photograph. Some of our snow has melted. We're having rain in Maryland today.

Chris:  Yes, I do better with flowers than melting snow. Actually, I don't want to practice too much on the snow.
