Problem Solvers Are In Demand

"Solving problems is the foundation of survival."

Michael McMillian, Author

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Problem solvers are in demand

Many people see the problem; but very few can see the solution.

Problem solving is the unique skill of seeing through the haze of the problem and the issues and being a forward thinker and seeing and identifying the solutions.

Problem solvers will get through the problem with the least amount of pain possible. They look for and will find a creative way to navigate through the conditions and come up with an acceptable solution.

When we focus on solutions we begin the process of solving the problem and we make the maximum use of our time and resources for productive purposes.  Focusing on solution is a proactive activity focusing on the problem is a reactive activity and a resource waster.

Problem solvers are in demand as a result of being a forward thinker and for making the best of the situation that they find themselves in. When you find yourself facing a problem focus your thinking and energy on the solutions.

Each of us in our respective professions are problem solvers.  Thanks, Lou.

Easy to find whiners and "oh I don't think that will work" folks around us. But we need more of what would you do if king for the day on this this and this topic you are crying about? Fix it with fresh ideas and support others who do rather than be a poop.

So true. there are way too many people out there wining about the problem instead of solving it.

Lou,

My husband is a great problem solver! He works with computers and to him it's always challenging.

This is a great post, you can stand there and wring your hands or roll up your sleeves and solve the problem.

Lou, I so much prefer to be part of the solution not part of the problem. When faced with a problem my brain goes into overdrive trying to find a solution, it is something I actually relish!
