WE HAVE A DEAL AFTER FINALIZING COUNTER OFFER NUMBER 4
It was another busy in real estate when it comes to Phoenix Fix and Flip Houses. I was able to finalize an offer on one of the many houses that were purchased from the Arizona Trustee Sales by my real estate investors. The current home is located in a nice location facing the mountains and desert at the same time. We priced this home at the high end of the market values and we received that price due to location of the home and the amenities the home offers to the next buyer. It amazes me how people think they can list their home as a For Sale By Owner. There are many skills needed to close a transaction from start to finish in today's real estate market.
The current deal under contract took up to Counter Offer Number 4 to have a solidified contract between the Buyer and Seller. I am looking forward to working with the other Realtor because we both were able to keep the deal alive by negotiating on behalf of your client. I see so many listing agents that are not willing to communicate properly to close deals. The buyer agent is left guessing many times and frustration sets in for the Realtor and Buyer.
I have learned to listen and be receptive when I receive an offer on my listing. We need to treat each other as a Team member rather than the enemy. We all play for the same team. Imagine how many more deals that we could close if we all treated each other with respect and dignity at the start of the transaction.
I will continue to do my part in the real estate transaction. I was taught in Corporate America to ensure that my department was running smoothly so others will want the same thing. I continue to have that VISION in real estate.
