Happy 100th Birthday Ronald Reagan
Starting today, February 5th 2011 to Monday February 7th, the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library will celebrate Ronald Reagan's 100th birthday. He was born February 7th, 1911.
All weekend starting today at 10AM.
February 5th. A Concert For America - A Tribute To Ronald Reagan. It starts at 7PM. The concert will include live music, in person and video tributes. Music from The Beach Boys, Lonestar, Lee Greenwood, Fred Thompson, Jerry West and video tributes from both George Bush's.
February 6th. Musical entertainment starts at 10AM with the program beginning at 11AM. The program includes a 21 gun salute, an F-18 flyover and various speakers. Also the laying of the presidential wreath on President Reagan's memorial site.
February 7th. The official unveiling of the newly renovated museum and library which opens at 10:00AM in honor of President Reagan's 100th birthday. Cake will be served all day, while supplies last, and visitors can sign Tribute Birthday Albums which will be kept at the Reagan Library.
So a large thank you to The Donald W Reynolds Foundation for all its donations in improving the Ronald Reagan library to what it is today. Previously donating $8.7 million dollars for the Air Force One tribute and most recently $12.75 million for 26,400 square feet of new library and museum exhibits.
