2005 $207/SF in
2006 $176 $$/SF
2007 $154 $$/SF

we are seeing sales below median H.V. in the cape, below $100.00, not junkers

So what do we use for the beginning of the boom? 04? 02?
What if we play the for the 1.00 up we go down .618 --- if we want to subscribe to jibberish Surprised

If 04 is the beginning (its not) per brother Fibonacci we have already broke the bottom channel, for 2002 I think we have already as well

so much for brother Fibonacci, in his defense a shoppe keepers son who died in 1250, should be judged by times with are much more chaotic than his own, it seemed to work for him, his bias

If we use 02 ( instead of my guess) could we have another $?? a SQFT to go based ASSuME'ing the numbers are constant
