Harriman Happenings

There are many things going on in Harriman, Tennessee right now.

the bakery has been sold and a new owner is about to open up...Great Bakes, Cookies and Cakes. One side will be a bakery and the other side will be an antique and gift shop.
the Princess Theater will be opening this spring with a 1.7 million dollar renovation. It will be run by Roane State Community College as an arena for performing arts.
I'm about to purchase my own building and renovate the old Giles Building (which used to be owned my my great grandmother). The street level will be Mountains to Lakes Real Estate, Inc. The upper level will house two apartments.
Red Door Antiquites is a relatively new antique store in downtown Harriman
We are about to have our first ever Memorial Day Parade. I sat in on the first committee meeting yesterday. I think it will be awesome.

Cindy...that's the Temperance Building, it's in the block right before you get to my office. The building I'm purchasing is across the street and next to the hospital, that's the one that use to be my Great Grandmothers.
