Bedford NH Real Estate Broker vs Bedford NH Real Estate Agent, What's the Difference?

Individuals in the State of NH will first apply for a NH real estate license and will need to practice real estate sales in NH prior to applying for a NH real estate broker's license.

The NH Real Estate Commission wants NH real estate agents to provide proof that they have the experience to maintain a NH real estate brokers license.

The state requires NH Real estate agents to complete an extended and approved course of study,

The NH real estate agent must have been employed for at least a year or have at least 2000 hours part time in the business over the past 5 years.

The NH real estate agent also must have completed at least 6 separate transactions in which they took part in the sale.

Sometimes Bedford NH real estate brokers will need to file a bond, if for instance they are a  NH Managing Broker.

In NH, you have Real Estate Brokers who are Broker/Owner (the owner and broker of the business), Managing Broker (a NH real estate broker who manages a NH real estate office and an Associate Broker, a NH Real Estate Broker that has fulfilled the requirements to be called a NH Real Estate Broker.

Our Bedford NH real estate office has Bedford NH real estate agents and NH real estate brokers.  Both the NH real estate agents and NH real estate Brokers at Brin Realty all receive and maintain the highest level of training and continuing education in New Hampshire.

We are looking for a couple of experienced real estate agents and brokers for our Bedford NH real estate agency.  Give me a call if you would like to be part of the dynamic Bedford team.

Rene, good morning.  There's a big difference between agent and broker here in New York as far as qualifications. Now the broker's license requires almost twice the schooling, as well.  i think it's a good thing.  But, in my experience, some agents just haven't gone for their broker's license and they're great salespeople.

Laura, and again today...thankfully only an inch.

Hi Kimberly, I agree I have seen some brokers who just couldn't be and some agents that are very sharp and should be.
