Does Anyone Have An Update on Bruce Bourgault?

I have checked both Bruce & Linda's blogs and cannot find any posts since September 12. Does anyone know anything more than what we learned at that time?

Bruce has been on my mind and in my prayers daily and I am anxious to hear how things are going with him.

If you have any information, please share it with all of us. Bruce has a special place in my heart as in a lot of yours, I am sure. Thank you.

If anyone knows it would be Ms. Woo-hoo (Sally Cheeseman, did I spell that correctly?). I too have been thinking a lot about Bruce lately.

Cynthia, there was a short post by Bruce on Sept 15 where he said he was struggling and nothing since then.

I've been extremely worried too as the last we heard he was receiving oxygen therapy for an infection that was setting in.

I'm concerned too. He and Linda were very good about keeping us posted about his condition. I hope we can get an update soon.

Cynthia-I spoke to Bruces wife Linda yesterday on the phone. Bruce is not doing as well as expected at this point but he is not in any very serious danger. He has undergone the initial surgery and hyperbaric (sp?) treatment. They found a bacteria of some sort in his throat after the intial surgery which is why he had to undergo the hyperbaric treatment. Linda said that Bruce will most likely be in the hospital AT LEAST until the end of the month. She also said that he is doing well enough to conduct his transactions along with Lindas help. As always, she says the prayers and thoughts are always appreciated.

Bruce is not doing well at all. He had a 10 hour surgery on the 10th and in Intensive Care since. We are waiting for word. Linda will update you all later. Thanks.

I am sorry to hear that about Bruce......please keep us advised, and let's let Linda know we are still here thinking of them.

I posted after Bruce's daughter Cathy put a comment on Bruce's last post that he passed away 5pm Hawaii time.

Oh no! Bruce has been on my mind all week. We have lost a sweet, kind soul. My thoughts, prayers and blessings to his family. I am going to his website to place a comment.

Cynthia- My sentiments exactly. Last night I felt such a loss at hearing the news, as I am sure his family did. I had not thought of going to his website......
