Bedroom/bathroom floor plans at Mission Valley Terraces include 1/1 and 2/2, and range in size from 663 to 1,030 square feet. Amenities include a swimming pool, spa, and common laundry. Some units also have in-unit laundries.

HOA fees are $210 to $225 a month and include common area maintenance, landscaping, exterior building and roof maintenance, sewer, water (including hot water!), trash pickup, and limited insurance.

A short Trolley ride, drive, or bicycle ride can get you to Fashion Valley Mall, Qualcomm Stadium, SeaWorld, Mission Bay, San Diego State University, Old Town, and downtown San Diego.

Walkers, joggers, and bikers will enjoy the concrete paths along the San Diego River from Qualcomm Stadium on the east end of Mission Valley all the way to Mission Bay, Ocean Beach, and Mission Beach on the west end, a distance of about seven miles.

As of February 6, 2011, there are no units for sale in Mission Valley Terraces.
In fact, nothing has sold in Mission Valley Terraces since 2005.
