There are so many good things to be said about ActiveRain blogs.

One of the features that I enjoy most is the ability of readers to comment on blog posts.

As a writer it's nice to receive this almost instant feedback and engagement … something that seldom happens when writing books for publication.

The down side is that the value in many of these comments is transitory in nature, lost in the novelty of a new blog post. That's just the way it is with blogging.

I do however believe that the 2,649 comments left in response to my 419 blog posts represent a rich source of valuable insights and observations.

Highlight The Best Comments...

Instead of allowing some really good ideas to linger in the dark archives of my blog, I have decided to highlight some of the best comments.

And once I have returned these comments to the light of day, I will offer my own suggestions as others can benefit from these comments.

Specifically, here is what I will do. best real estate marketing tips

Each week day for the next three weeks, I will identify one really insightful and helpful comment and edit this comment into a 'best marketing tip'.

Once edited, each best marketing tip will be posted on my website.

In addition to posting the best marketing tip on my website, it will be posted as a 'tip of the day' on my new Real Estate Marketing facebook page.

As copy writers like to say … the fun doesn't stop there.

On February 28, I will have identified 15 of the best marketing tips.

At that point, I will invite readers of this blog to decide which of the 15 tips are the best.

All tips will be credited to the original writer of the comment.

The winner of the best tip will receive a prize worth $1650 USD.

Second and third place winners will receive prizes worth $1350 USD and $600 USD respectively.

If this all sounds very confusing, don't worry about it.

If you have any specific questions or concerns, leave a comment and I'll respond today.

Great idea! Good comments often give us ideas for posts so taking comments and making a post is creative! It's also a good incentive for making comments with thought, clarity and meaning.
