Kemah, Texas, is a small town, located on Galveston Bay in the Houston Bay Area ... it is conveniently located 25 minutes from Downtown Houston and 25 minutes from Galveston Island. The City of Kemah boasts the Kemah Lighthouse District, which is home to some great shopping, with it's eclectic mix of stores, as well as some great nightlife with it's many bars and restaurants.
