A hard lesson learned.....

In the NFL as in business, when someone makes a mistake or drops the ball, there is someone there to capitalize on it......not  a pretty game for the Steeler offense.

When we forget or are too lazy to return a call or email (fumble the ball) we leave the "potential" Client out there for another Agent to come by and scoop them up......score the sale.

A mis-step with a Client could cause them to be picked-off (intercepted) by another Agent and again a sale for them.

Be proactive, responsive and deliberate when it comes to your customers.....they will be ours for a long time!

This is very true. Good business practice (and life practice) is to be on the ball at all time!
