I just listed 2 new investment properties in the Syracuse Real Estate market. There are many investment properties currently listed in the Syracuse area. These are two that are fully rented with long term tenants.
The first is a two family on the northside of the city of Syracuse. There is a 1 bedroom downstairs that has a tenant who has been there over 20 years. The second floor is a 3 bedroom apartment with eat-in kitchen and living room. The bathrooms in both apartmetns have been updated with tile flooring. The second home is a single family on the westside of the city of Syracuse, tenant has lived there over 7 years. It is a 4 bedroom house. Tile flooring and hardwoods throughout. The roof and windows were replaced in 2008. House is listed at $29,900.
