Do you want a record of all of your  transactions for the year?

Logon to kw.com.  Click on Reports in the upper right.  Click on the Production folder and click on Associate Sales Transaction Detail.   This report will list out the date of each closing, the address, seller name, buyer name, days to close, sales price, commission, bonus, referral paid, concessions, GCI and 1099 income.

Short Sales info you need to know!!

It has come to our attention that agents can no longer collect short sale fees from owners nor can the short sale companies. There is  a new ruling which governs collecting a fee for negotiating a short sale.  The link below will take you to the Federal Trades Commission website with the page about the ruling.  Once you are on the site, on the right hand side there is a box with several links one of which is the Federal Register which has the full ruling regarding this issue.  There is a stiff fine to those who collect a fee up front.  Please read and then proceed carefully on all your short sale transactions that you may be negotiating.
