Donald, Thanks. Do you have anyone who would like to get away from the cold & snow? I grew up in NY & NJ and I remember thinking "I just gotta find somewhere warm".
Pat, The island I live on (Oahu) is relatively small so most of us need to work a wide range of properties to be successful. It only takes a couple of hours to drive the entire island.

Hi Judi, No, pigs are long gone but I understand it is still usable. The seller said it is in fair condition but truthfully, I wouldn't know how to determine the condition. Most people who would be interested in the property would be capable of making the determination. It will be an interesting due dilligence inspection.
You really should come to Hawaii. if you do, please look me up.
