My first Blog

By
Real Estate Agent with People's Real Estate, Inc.

Hi everyone.  Unsure what to say I just want to make everyone aware of my listings that need to sell.

I have 3 listings in the Gem Heights neighborhood of Puyallup ranging from 315 to 500k.

I also have my parents home to sell in Clyde Hill for 1.99 million.  Spectacular views of Lake Washington, Overlake Golf Course, Seattle Skyline and the mountains.

I have invited my whole office in Federal Way to join this network. I hope it brings us all traffic to our websites and leads to our inboxes.

REAL ESTATE IS STILL THE MOST SECURE INVESTMENT YOU CAN MAKE. Dont let the media scare you.. they arent making more land.. its a commody that we cant make more of.  I actually happy that we are getting back to a normal market,  for the real estate agents, buyers and the sellers sake.

Have a great weekend.

Hi Lisa welcome to AR. The media has been touting "when will the bubble burst" for a few years up here and it finally did about Sept. of '05. This normalization will weed out the agents that entered the sales force to try and make a quick buck. We are seeing new memberships decline. Keep a positive attitude and keep on selling the American Dream.

Thanks Jay

Welcome to the AR community! Here you may do a little marketing, give a little advice, receive some advice, and if you have a mind to, grab a cuppa joe, sit back and eavesdrop on our crew of codgers as we discuss what’s important to us, with a touch of ancient wisdom, humor and we hope fun.

Hey Keutla Team I wonder why greet someone on a post from 2006? There is a place where you can see new members and greet them and encourage them as they arrive.  That would probably be more fruitful as far as establishing relationships on ActiveRain than commenting on posts from 2006 for inactive members IMHO.

Wouldn't it be great if your welcome brought this blog back to life?  Brough Lisa back to ActiveRain?  Lisa only posted once November 2006 (1)  see that in the sidebar?

I see you are in Lisa's market.  Have you ever read the ActiveRain Guidelines (on the bottom of most pages on AR), interesting reading there about NOT using the comments on anothers blog to promote yourself and your business.  For the most part comments asking for referrals are frowned on.  I'm guessing you yourself are new to ActiveRain, so Welcome!!!

There used to be an entire group about Welcoming on ActiveRain but a new member was using it to efficiently comment on old, old blogs welcoming people who joined long, long ago....Maybe hoiping to bring the blogger back or bring the blog back to life?   Anyway the Welcome group was shut down because of comment spam.

Lisa Brannon come back.... to ActiveRain!
