Dear caller: If you have a California phone number, I will now let your call go through to my voicemail. But you won't leave a message, because you work for Zillow, or Trulia, or Google, or a website company, or a leads company, or a web-clicks company, or worse yet: Realtor.com!
I distinctly remember paying my dues recently to the NAR, the Texas Association of REALTORS, and the San Antonio and Central Texas Boards of REALTORS. I pay an extra fee to add more photos to my listings on Realtor.com. I also pay annual dues as a member of the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council and the Council of Residential Specialists. So why are you hounding me, Realtor.com, to pay even more money so I can compete with all the other members of the NAR?
And also, stop asking me if I am at my computer and if I have just a couple of minutes to go through your demo. I don't. I will tell you I don't. And then you'll keep on asking questions anyway to try to make me feel like a moron for missing out on this great deal!
So don't call me; I'll call you.
Are you holding your breath?
