At Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc's TeamPrimary offices we try to go above and beyond what is expected for our loan officers, realtors and customers!
•· We have in house underwriting and processing, which we believe in keeping over-staffed to make sure we reach our commitment and closing dates!
•· We have weekly sales meetings to insure that our loan officers are always up-to-date on all industry and program changes. Also at our sales meetings we always talk about what we can do better! We are truly a team and everybody has a say in what we do!
•· We help our loan officers with their marketing, making videos for their realtor's listings for them, offering free social media classes for their agents to help them with their business, we make open house flyers, goody bags for our loan officers to hand out.
•· We hold seminars all around the state to help keep our realtors informed on industry changes that affect them and we help them with their marketing at these seminars as well.
•· We host fundraisers for Crayons for Cancer at various restaurants around the state and we also collect crayons for Crayons for Cancer and sell their melted crayons to help them raise money for their charity.
