What Is going in Cambridge, MA -- I can tell you about the Bank Owned Property there

We all see it, it is everywhere.  It's Bank Owned Homes, not ordinarily do we see to much of it in Cambridge, MA but I wanted to put together a video of bank owned homes that are active and SOLD bank owned homes...so you can see what they once were sold for.

I think you may be a little surprised when you see the difference in prices between now and 2006.
