A transfer fee of $12,000 allows members the opportunity to play 6 golf courses, including Pinehurst #2, site of the 1999, 2005, 2014 US Open and the 2014 US Women’s Open.
The main criteria for joining PCC is the purchase of property; be it a lot, condo, or house. Once you have purchased the property there is a 60 day period that allows the new buyer to transfer the membership into his/her name. An application for membership is required but is very simple. That’s all there is to it!
