Ken, I was surprised at the lack of snow as well, but after giving it somethought, I feel they did a better job of marketing the home, by showing it the way it looks 9 months of the year. I need to add no snow photos to my listings in the future so they present better.

Hi Rick, Just getting around the area is a challenge, and not all of the driveways are wide enough for the cars.
