Word of mouth (and written blog) remains the best way to generate quality leads.  Meeting with agents and professionals in the industry periodically allows opportunity to keep you and your business in the forefront of their thoughts.  Out of sight out of mind is real.  Whether the relationships you work hard to cultivate and maintain generate free or paid leads...the resulting opportunity to meet and close on new business is key.  The opportunity must be seized.  Your knowledge, confidence and excellence will take you the rest of the way.  Keep meeting people and keep those relationships active.  Good things will happen.  I have a network of RE agents locally and in the Bay Area who routinely send me new property management opportunities.   I consistently meet with various other brokerages to interact with their agents.  Though I look mainly for rental properties in my area, the referrals often come in for areas that are represented by other agents in my company.  If anyone needs any information for rental property in Natomas, Sacramento, West Sacramento, Antelope and or Roseville please contact me.

I agree James! Good things will happen when we keep our relationships active. It's all about staying top of mind with our clients and associates.

James,

So true, I just got two calls today from some of my networking.  Have to keep it consistent.

All the best, Michelle

Local networking is fairly easy; however, AR networking is almost seamless and so very easy!  BLOG and CONNECT!
