Hi Mannie - it obviously worked!  I go for the wine and glasses setting.... with my name on the wine label (but the WORST bottle of wine!).... Cheers! Gay

Mannie, I like that a lot! Way to go! Very simple, but real life. I need to get my sellers to do a better job of staging.

I actually LOVE fun things like this... I know they can be controversial and I'm not a fan of the steak dinner or sushi rolls... but little touches like this can really set a tone...

Thanx Melissa - I think there is definitely a right way to do this kind of scene.  I love doing these scenes.  Thanx for your nice comment and for stopping by.  Never seen a sushi roll or steak dinner scene and don't want to!  LOL

Mannie:  Four days!  Now that is a real estate agent's and homeowner's dream.  I am interested in those little things that make a home fun to view and your little vignette is perfect.

Very cute Mannie & having a takeout menu for a nearby restaurant is genius!

I love your very clever vignette Mannie. I also like the idea of the take out menus. It lets home buyers know what kind of neighborhood they will be buying into.

Hi Karen - thank you so much.  The take out menu was actually an extra when I opened the door to get something from the car it fell on the floor so I took it and placed it next to the scene!  Love how things work out like that sometime.

Thanx Michelle - I thought it was a cute scene and perfect for the right buyer and neighborhood.
