46 Comments on Marketing Yourself.....Those Are Big Shoes To Fill....Do It Right And You'll Make Money!!
Peggy....that's interesting.....CA always goes first.....I have my brochure in a pdf also to email if the recipient is out of the area....
Barbara, Your the second one giving me this message today, and funny because I want a creative/design job again. Not that I don't like RealEstate, but you know AR has been my creative outlet and I miss what I love to do.
Ellen....there are people on AR who are looking for help with putting together a presonal brochure.....maybe you can put a pricing package together and get creative....write a post about it.....
Barb ~ Interesting, the brochure can focus on what you have to offer, your accomplishments ...hmm
Just finished a "rack card" for my new business, and to introduce my new brand: "MOJAVE STYLE"! Printed 2 sided "brochure" to leave with Realtors, to "hand-off" to their clients needing my services. I used Vistaprint and did it myself.... it was time consuming, but I enjoyed the graphic art design side of it. Should be here in a few days...... printed marketing tool...
Frank and Karen....that's what a brochure does....it tells everyone about what you do and what you did....
Teri....that sounds great....that's the purpose of a brochure.....market yourself.
Great post, Barbara. Your team has amazing results so wonderful to promote tha in a brochure as well as everywhere. I'm sure it's very impressive.
I have a personal brochure and have used it for years. It is a great way to represent yourself either as an introductory piece or something to leave behind.
Debbie.....I'm sure you have one for yourself and your company......if not, you should.....
Kathryn....it is truly a great way to professionally promote yourself.....it doesn't surprise me that you have one...
Good morning, Michael....are you still trying to fill those big shoes????? don't try so hard, Michael.....
Barbara, I still believe in print advertising. I think personal brochures are great.
Hi Barbara, I have a personal brochure. I send it when I mail letters to expireds. I got 4 expired listings in the last 2 months. I was hired on the spot with all 4. It works for me.
Kimberly.....I'm sure you have one....I think it's great too....
Jackie....congratulations.....you should write a post about that.....it's a great way to show agents how an active agent uses a personal brochure to close business.....I think it's fantastic.....I never understood why everyone does not have one to use.....
Hmmm . . . I don't have one, but I definitely see the benefits. Will add this to my March "to do" list. Would love to see some samples!
I have never taken the time to do a brochure like that, but I should take the time and just do it already. Would be great to have handy. Says a lot more than a business card ever could.
Lori.....I'll email you one....
Chris Ann.....it's sooooo much more than a business card.....it's an instant presentation of your life in real estate....
I will need to create a personal brochure for myself very soon.
yes, you should....
Hi Barbara. I used a template from MS Office online to make personal brochure. They make it easier.
