Thursday, February 17, 2011 • 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. • GBBR Lutherville Office

Roger Lee from the Baltimore County Department of Taxation and Assessments will be joined by his Baltimore City counterpart Owen Charles ...to educate us on the Assessment and Appeals Processes.

Learn how to help, lower income, buyers apply to have the tax bill (for a property they plan to purchase) lowered before they even buy it.

Think about how many buyers could qualify for a more suitable house, if the taxes were not so limiting! Homeowners will benefit from this session as well.
