I think videos are becoming the norm for all customers.  I have been shopping for a cell phone.  I keep looking for videos comparing the options.  I would think if I was buying a home comparing videos would help not hurt.

Alison, I think that people are preferring video over the plain photos. My experience is that the video doesn't have to be some slick professional quality edit either. Just a basic video with either a descriptive voice or some music in the background.
