I know I've written 2 post about RealBird today, but sometimes I forget to use RealBird and when I remember to use it, I don't know how I could have ever forgotten.

Charita - I am going to search out your other post for the Realbird. I have not ever read about this.
I have not seend this done for real estate, the tear offs remind me of flyers I see in the vet office with puppies for sale, same idea applies though
